Subscriptions
Track what each project actually costs to run, and see net profit once you've connected real revenue.
Adding a subscription
Add a name, price, billing cycle (monthly, yearly, weekly, quarterly, or one-time), and a category (software, streaming, storage, hosting, AI, utilities, design, other). Quick-add presets prefill common tools in one click. Mark a subscription paused or cancelled instead of deleting it if you want the history without it counting toward totals - only active subscriptions count.
Global subscriptions
Mark a subscription Global to have it appear (and count) across every project instead of just one - useful for tools you use everywhere, not per-project (e.g. your own AI API key, a shared hosting account).
Net profit
If a project has revenue analytics connected (Stripe, Polar, or Paddle), the Subscriptions tab shows a net-profit strip: MRR minus monthly recurring costs, in three tiles (MRR, Monthly costs, Net/month) - green if positive, red if you're running at a loss. This is read-only; connect one from the project's Analytics tab.
Your Astrodesk plan counts too
Your own Astrodesk subscription shows up as a row in the list (not stored separately) - a dimmed "Upgrade" row on Free, or a normal active row with a "Manage" shortcut to Stripe's billing portal once you're on Pro. It's included in your totals like any other active subscription.
