Board

A default always-on agent: capture ideas and problems, drag them between statuses, then generate a pasteable fix prompt.

Capturing items

Type into the capture box at the top and hit Enter (or click send). Pick a status chip first if you don't want the last-used one - otherwise it lands wherever you left it.

Statuses

Every project starts with these visible by default:

• In Progress 🚀 (workflow column — only shows when it has items)
• To Do ⚠️ (the default for new items)
• Important ‼️
• Bug 🪲
• Idea 💡
• Done ✅

Plus a set kept hidden until you turn them on, so a fresh board isn't cluttered:

• Building 🚧, Flagged 🚩
• Marketing 📈, Social 📱, Feedback 💬, Experiments 🧪

Unhide any of them (or add fully custom categories with your own emoji/color) from the Board Settings tab - rename, recolor, reorder, or hide any category from the same place, scoped per project.

In Progressis a bit special: you can't capture directly into it, and it only appears at the top once it actually has items - it's a workflow state you move things into (spinner stays active while work is underway), not a place you type into.

Moving items

Drag a card between columns, or use its ···menu → "Move to" if you'd rather not drag. Click an item's text to edit it inline - click lands the cursor exactly where you clicked, not at the end.

Bulk actions

• The In Progresscolumn has inline "Done"/"Cancel" buttons that act on every item in it at once.
• The Donecolumn has a "Clear" button (with confirmation) to bulk-delete everything in it.

Turning items into AI prompts

Click Fix prompt (header, or the per-column shortcut) to generate a copy-paste prompt from a set of items — pick items individually or by column. Copy it into ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor, or use Copy & Start to move the selected items into In Progress.

Add from reports (and automatic sync after agent runs) turns soft findings from SEO, Security, Blog, Social, Issues, and more into cards under matching categories. Re-runs skip cards you already have. Then use Fix prompt to paste into Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT.

Prefer to hide Board? Use Deactivate on the agent — you can turn it back on from the dashboard later. Board is recommended for every project.

Copy the whole board

"Copy all" dumps the entire board as plain text, grouped by status - useful for pasting into another tool without going through the AI prompt flow.
