Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Astrodesk(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Astrodesk is an AI back office for founders. You create projects, activate catalog agents (for example Social, Blog, SEO, Revenue, Security, Docs, Launch, and Campaigns) or build custom agents on a canvas, connect third-party tools, and let those agents draft, monitor, or run on schedules you configure. Many write actions require your approval before anything is published or changed externally.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and any activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. Connected accounts and publishing
When you connect a third-party account or API key (GitHub, social networks, analytics, ads, revenue, support, and similar), you authorize Astrodeskto act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Examples include reading profile or metrics data, publishing a post you composed and explicitly scheduled or approved, submitting index notifications you trigger, or reading a linked repository for agent context. You are solely responsible for the content and actions you choose to take through the Service, and for complying with each connected platform's own terms and content policies. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account (e.g. suspension) as a result of content or actions you directed.
You can disconnect any connected account at any time, which immediately revokes our stored access to it.
4. AI features
Agent outputs, chat replies, captions, blog drafts, reports, and images are drafting and decision aids. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing it or relying on it for business decisions.
5. Trial, subscriptions, and billing
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service, no credit card required to start. After the trial, continued use requires a paid Pro subscription (currently $19/mo), billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish content that is illegal, infringing, or violates a connected platform's policies
- Spam, harass, or publish content designed to deceive or defraud
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
- Use agents to automate abuse, scrape in violation of third-party terms, or bypass platform rate limits or safety controls
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service (including publishing it to platforms you connect, at your direction).
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that scheduled posts or agent runs will always succeed (third-party platform outages or policy changes are outside our control), or that AI output will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrodesk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including content published or actions taken through connected accounts.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
